Fess would in fact have characters open debates about how not all muslims were extremist, but in todays politics just being of that religion or from a certain country, most would dislike being labeled something like a terrorist or dislike how much Islam was viewed as the only possible antagonist. So I used the word "iffy" as a generalization.
