My Thoughts: Not A Prince, But Definitely Charming!
My heart is so full of emotions! I am absolutely ecstatic that this novel was finally released AND that there is more to follow!! The characters in this book will make you laugh, cry a little, cringe a bit, and swoon.
Jaxson ‘Jax’ Carter is a self mad man and has rules in his life that keep love out of the equation when it comes to relationships. That is until he meets a formidable woman named Grace Hart, who is unlike any woman he’s ever met both beauty and brains. But Grace isn’t one to fall so easily for the panty dropping smile of Jax, especially when her life is constantly under inspection by the Sunday church goers. When the two find themselves put together it’s up to them whether they’ll let their guards down and open their hearts to new possibilities or run the opposite ways.
Overall, great amaze-balls read! I feel like the more I read M.E. Montgomery novels the more I L-O-V-E her writing and her characters!! Jax and Grace are real. Grace is someone I can real identify with growing up in the church and having had too many setups with ‘my grandson’ types. And Jax, I just want to give him a big hug, he sexy but oh so vulnerable too. The Hart girls are my favorite and I can’t wait to read more of them, hopefully soon, because that crazy epilogue got me all antsy wanting more.

About the Author:
M.E. Montgomery has been an avid reader her entire life, and after falling in love with so many characters created by other authors, a new one began to form in her head. With the support of her family, she decided to to write it. She is the homework queen to her four school aged children who think she is a genius in math, science, history and spelling. Fortunately, her biology and elementary school teaching background help her to keep up the expert façade, at least for now. Although born and raised in the Washington DC metro area, she has considered many places to be called home since she left to attend college in North Carolina. She is a proud Navy wife, setting up a home wherever the Navy sends her husband. When she’s not reading or writing, she loves to go camping with her family, drink wine on the deck, and be swept off to romantic getaways.
